The Museum at the Friends Home, located in the charming Village of Waynesville, Ohio, is dedicated to preserving the history of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) as well as the evolving history and culture of small communities in northern Warren County. Originally built as a boarding home by the Quakers in 1905, the twenty-two room museum is filled with artifacts and historical documents including a research library that is open to the public. Everyone is welcome to research family lineage, the History of the Quakers, or simply enjoy the antiquity of our region.
While the museum is closed to the general public mid-December through March, you may schedule a private tour or request access for research purposes by contacting us by phone or email.
